A bit about
Data Danny…

Danny Gardner is one of the world’s leading experts at the intersection of social media, data analytics, consumer insights, and influencer marketing, often categorized as social intelligence.
An economist by trade, he prides himself on being a self-taught data scientist, marketer, and DIE HARD social listener.
He’s the longtime head of social media insights, analytics, & measurement at Haleon, the world’s largest pure-play consumer healthcare company, and home to brands like Advil, Tums, Sensodyne, Emergen-C, and Robitussin among others.
Many years later, Danny has become a highly respected authority, evangelist, and content creator in the marketing, insights, and social media professions, who frequents the industry’s biggest events & conference stages.
In 2025, Danny joined the faculty at The University of Florida as an adjunct professor, where he teaches masters students social listening, analytics, and reporting.
Danny holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA in Business Analytics & Marketing from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
